Signing in #
The sign-in box is on the front page. Enter your username or email address and your password, then click Login. Tick Remember Me to stay signed in on that device.
Most of HashSpace is for members only. If you follow a link while signed out, you’re brought to the front page to sign in first.
Forgot your password? #
- Click Forgot Password under the sign-in box, or go straight to password recovery.
- Enter the email address on your account and click Submit.
- Open the email you’re sent and follow its link.
- Choose a new password, type it twice, and save. Then sign in with it.
Forgot your username? #
You don’t need it: you can sign in with your email address instead. The password reset email also shows your username.
Still stuck? #
- Check your spam or junk folder for the reset email, and wait a few minutes before trying again.
- Make sure you’re using the email address you signed up with.
- If you still can’t get in, email me at admin@hashspace.com with your username or the email address you signed up with. I’ll never ask for your password.
