A: Will be in the Parking Lot of the Port Place Shopping Centre. Best way is to come in off Front street. We will be on the back side of the plaza where the BC liquor store (115-650 S, Terminal Ave, Nanaimo, BC V9R 5E2)
Meet on the 3rd floor level of the parking garage, there should be less muggle eyes up there for our post trail shenanigans.  

Trail is dog friendly but the beer check is not, Sorry.

both those ferries will get you to the island for start or trail at 1pm

for return there is

Departure ferries
5pm for Hullo
6:20 for BC Ferries

Any American peeps wanting to come up, driving up through the Peace bridge – the ferry from Tsawwassen to Nanaimo (Duke point) the ferry you will need to catch is the 10:15am to get you to the island for 12:15 then it will be a short drive into Nanaimo and return will be 5:45.
